Ipsos Brisbane today announced the appointment of three senior research directors.

Kathy Benson joins Ipsos as Strategy & Research Director, Kylie Brosnan joins as Director, Ipsos Public Affairs in Brisbane and Anna Eden joins as Senior Client Services Director.

Benson was previously National Strategy Director at Colmar Brunton Australia. With 23 years experience in market research, Benson conducts both quantitative and qualitative research specialising in brand development research, consumer sentiment research, customer satisfaction and segmentation.

Brosnan was previously Managing Director of Social Policy Research and Evaluation for Colmar Brunton Australia and has more than 20 years experience in social research. She conducts qualitative and quantitative research with vulnerable and hard to reach populations to inform strategic decision-making for a range of federal and state governments, with a particular emphasis on survey design and methodology.

Eden was previously with Ipsos’s Perth office and brings more than 15 years research and consulting experience to her new role. Prior to joining Ipsos in 2012, Eden was National Director of Public Sector at Synovate.
