Ipsos Australia invites you to join our panel discussion on Austerity and Growth. We will present our latest research into public opinion on austerity policy, followed by a panel discussion on the implications for business and policy makers.

Named one of the “100 most influential people in the public sector” by the Guardian, Ben’s work has included leading on projects for Downing Street, the Home Office and the Department of Health.

Richard Denniss, Executive Director, The Australia Institute
Richard is a frequent contributor to national newspapers and co-author of the bestselling Affluenza. He is Adjunct Professor at the Crawford School of Economics and Government at ANU and has worked as a Strategy Adviser to the Greens and Democrats.

Mark Davis, Managing Director, Ipsos Social Research Institute
Mark is a social researcher with over 20 years experience with government and commercial clients. His passion is research which positively impacts how we live as a society.

Laura Demasi, Research Director, The Ipsos Mackay Report
Laura is a social researcher and former journalist. For seven years she wrote for the Sydney Morning Herald covering social trends, lifestyle and interviews.
